Leadership becomes focus of REVEL’S upcoming tip-off event in February 2025

Leadership has become a key focus at REVEL after marking its 10-year anniversary in business. As new leaders join the REVEL family, from near and remote areas in Ontario, and expansion continues to forge ahead, REVEL embraces the opportunity to invite and support leaders who wish to take their business to a REVELutionary level.

Most recently, founder Ryan Serravalle, spoke at the Buzz conference/Power Summit, to outline the importance of growing and improving real estate prospects by making the decision to become a leader in the industry. REVEL sees leadership as a pivotal and life-changing privilege in the world of real estate, and one that can create new streams of income for REALTORS® whose business has grown stagnant and/or uninspiring.

Team-first mentality

But how is leadership accomplishable in an industry driven by independent contractors with a one-for-all mental mindset? REVEL sees leadership as an acknowledgment that a team-first mentality is necessary for a sustainable career in the real estate business.

Whether it be through agent referrals, leveraging a successful real estate team, or attending conferences devoted to the prospects of collaboration and sharing best business practices, seeing real estate as an ecosystem that works on a give-and-take basis is essential, and the first step, to becoming a leader in the real estate industry.

The next step is putting a team-first philosophy into action, or motion, and REVEL has always been committed to providing this very specific support system. Implementing Planet Orange—a tech ecosystem designed to improve the day-to-day operational activities of agents; REVEL ED—a one-of-a-kind experiential learning curriculum; and recently initiating REVshare—a program combined with commission caps that offer revenue-earning incentives to agents who refer reputable colleagues, defines the diverse and supportive work culture REVEL has grown throughout its ten-year lifespan.

The values of leadership from the brokerage level

By all accounts, and through in-depth analysis, such programs have proven to provide consistent dividends to all REVEL agents. Listening to its agents and taking into account their specific and fluctuating needs, REVEL is vigilant about the importance of demonstrating the values of true leadership from the brokerage level. By abandoning a one-size-fits-all approach, considered to be too limited to create success in a real estate profession characterized by increased competition and unpredictable market conditions, and instead, insisting on customization with a boutique personality, REVEL remains confident that its systems will inspire leadership at every level, including corporate staff.

REVEL welcomes 12 new offices

As a result, and in the past year alone, twelve new offices have joined REVEL, emphasizing the attraction of the brand’s insistence on leadership and all that it entails. To lead in real estate is to set new standards of service and excellence. But to lead also implies the need to understand the people behind the profession. REVEL not only encourages growth but invites agents to seek growth opportunities within the company’s parameters.

“From the onset, we show great faith and belief in the potential of an agent, or broker, that joins the REVELution,” explains founder Ryan Serravalle. “We introduce leadership opportunities at every juncture to encourage our agents to build confidence and momentum in the industry. What results, more often than not, is a desire to take on the challenge of leadership, or leading the REVEL brand in a locale in need of change or reform.”

As a much anticipated 2025 selling year approaches, and as REVEL gears up to launch its annual REVEL TIP-OFF 2025 Event in February, REVEL will insist on the celebration of leadership as it continues to encourage this integral component to good business amongst its contingent of ambitious REALTORS®.
