Here are five Reels with trending sounds and easy templates you should jump on today:
Single Shot Walkthrough
What you’ll need: A single video starting from the front door, moving forward to walk through the main floor or switch it up and start from the back door, walking through your listing’s backyard.
How to make it
Step 1: Tap here to view the Reel on Instagram
Step 2: Tap the audio at the bottom left of the screen
Step 3: Tap “use audio” at the bottom of the page (or “save audio” if you want to save it and use it later)
Step 4: Tap the blue + sign on the bottom left to add your video
Step 5: Tap “preview” (this is where you can add text if you want)
Step 6: Select “edit cover” to either add your own cover or select a moment in the video you’d like to use as the cover image
Step 7: Write your caption! This is where you can let people know this home is available or use the video to show off your staging skills and ask people to contact you in your caption.
Step 8: Add your location so viewers know where the listing is and help the algorithm reach the right people
Step 9: Share!

Per 👏🏼 fec 👏🏼 tion 👏🏼
What you’ll need: Three different videos/angles of a specific room, and don’t be afraid to really zoom in on a feature. If you have more than one room you’d like to show off, use this template multiple times! One for the updated ensuite, one for the stunning kitchen, another for the relaxing primary bedroom, etc.
How to make it
Step 1: Tap here to view the rReel on Instagram
Step 2: Tap the trending sound at the bottom left of your screen
Step 3: Upload your three videos
Step 4: Tap “Next” twice (we’d stay away from adding text here to create a nice clean look)
Step 5: Add or edit your cover image
Step 6: Type your caption with a CTA leading back to the link in your profile so your audience can learn more about the listing and get in touch with you
Step 7: Add the listing’s location
Step 8: Hit “share”

10 Seconds in Your Area
What you’ll need: If you want to make it easy, go for five videos that each last 2 seconds. Each video should show off a different location in your area. This is a great way for you to show your expertise on the area you serve in. You can also get creative with this concept! Here are some title ideas :
“Ten seconds in [YOUR AREA]”
“Spend the day in [YOUR AREA]”
“Best cafés in [YOUR AREA]”
How to make it
Step 1: Tap here to view the Reel on Instagram
Step 2: Tap the trending sound at the bottom left of your screen and select “Use audio” or save it for later
Step 3: Tap the blue + sign on the bottom left to add your videos. Make sure you cut them down to around two seconds each to keep the video short. You’ll get better view time this way!
Step 4: Tap “Next” and add your title text and any other text you think is necessary. Hit “Next” again when you’re done.
Step 5: Change or edit your cover image
Step 6: Type up your caption and your CTA
Step 7: Insert location
Step 8: Share and done!

Rate this Space
What you’ll need: This Reel will require four clips. When filming, ensure each clip is at least 2.2 seconds. You can do different clips of one room or different spaces in the home.
How to make it
Step 1: Tap here to view the Reel on Instagram
Step 2: Tap “Use template”
Step 3: Tap the grey boxes and select your four clips

Step 5: Change or edit your cover image
Step 6: Type up your caption with a CTA to rate this space and invite them to view the listing on your website
Step 7: Insert location
Step 8: Share and done!
