Sotheby’s Canada announces national coaching program with Ryan Secrist

Sotheby’s International Realty Canada recently introduced its new national coaching program. It consists of ongoing sessions with real estate coach, mentor and trainer, Ryan Secrist. The program will offer practical skills and advanced strategies to improve market presence and productivity.

Designed to enhance support and develop opportunities, the Sotheby’s International Realty Canada National Coaching Program comes at a time when Sotheby’s recognizes the industry is especially competitive for realtors.

“Our goal at Sotheby’s International Realty Canada is to equip our agents and brokers with the support, training, tools and resources to navigate an evolving market and to ensure they are empowered to continually raise the bar in our industry,” says Don Kottick, CEO & president, Sotheby’s International Realty Canada. “With a nationwide network of real estate professionals, these sessions are also an opportunity to network with peers and to share solutions and experiences.”

 

The program

 

The program is free of charge for all Sotheby’s International Realty Canada agents and brokers and is made exclusively for them. Its course curriculum includes advanced sales training to help agents attract clients, negotiation strategies, client nurturing skills, comprehensive online marketing strategies including social media and video content, and business planning.

Sessions will be delivered virtually, once a month over a one-year period. They’re highly interactive to encourage collaboration and to complement and reinforce existing Sotheby’s-adopted training frameworks, including the Ninja Selling approach.
