Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies of Cambridge, Ont. has purchased Millennium Real Estate Solutions, owner of the DMS product supplied to real estate boards and associations for management of all member listing data. The purchase expands the privately held company’s offerings to boards and associations across Canada for listing management and data collection.
The Millennium suite of real estate solutions (formerly known as Filogix) provides unlimited access to real estate professionals for all listing information, reports, mapping and more from their real estate board or association.

Don Harkness named CFO
Lone Wolf also recently announced the appointment of Don Harkness to the position of chief financial officer. Harkness will oversee the planning, implementation, management and control of all financial activities for the company.
“Don’s experience and knowledge in the technology sector, along with his solid background in finance, aligns with the growth and the direction we’re headed in as an organization,” says Wallace.
