The Path Real Estate Team returns to Hallmark
The Path Real Estate Team, led by Dylan Provencher, has returned to Re/Max Hallmark in Toronto from Keller Williams. Team members Eric Poon and Michael Cook have also rejoined Re/Max Hallmark.
“We are delighted to welcome Dylan and his team back,” said Steve Tabrizi, COO of Re/Max Hallmark.
Poon brings creativity and discipline shaped by his former culinary career, along with strong local market knowledge and a client-first approach, while Cook draws on his marketing and design background, paired with deep community insight, according to a company statement.

Re/Max Twin City expands in Cambridge, Ont.
Re/Max Twin City Realty Inc. is welcoming back a familiar face, appointing Heidi Horwat as managing broker of its Cambridge office.
Her return reflects the brokerage’s continued focus on strong, accessible support for agents across the region, the brokerage said.
“Heidi understands this community and the way our agents work,” said Sandra Kirkland, vice president of Re/Max Twin City. “Her approach is thoughtful and practical, and she’ll play an important role in strengthening day-to-day support for our agents as we continue to grow across all six of our offices.”
Horway previously spent several years with the Cambridge team and served as a director with the Waterloo Region Association of Realtors, contributing to two regional board amalgamations.
With experience in real estate, marketing, and data analysis, she brings a grounded, people-focused perspective to her new role, said a company statement.
Century 21 expands in Laval

Josie Gammiero of Century 21 Avenue in Laval
Century 21 Canada is continuing its streak of expansion in Quebec, with the opening of Century 21 Avenue in Laval, led by Josie Gammiero.
Gammiero has been in the Canadian real estate industry since 2005, and quickly developed a specialization in commercial real estate. In 2008, she took on the commercial portfolio of a large Quebec corporation and, when that grew to require more agents, she struck out to start her own office.
“I was with another brand for many years, but during the COVID-19 pandemic, I sold my agency,” she said. “A few years later, I
decided to start again, rejoin Century 21, and use all that I had learned about commercial real estate in this new venture.”

Leadership announcements
New senior vice-president for Century 21 Canada

Sébastien Bonnerot, senior vice-president of national development at Century 21 Canada
Century 21 Canada has appointed Sébastien Bonnerot as senior vice-president of national development, reinforcing the brand’s plans to expand into the commercial real estate sector and create new revenue opportunities for its brokers.
Bonnerot has spent 15 years within the Century 21 system. He began as an agent in 2010 before moving into leadership, serving as team leader for one of the network’s top teams from 2012 to 2022.
He founded Century 21 Élite in 2015, now considered one of the top brokerages in the Century 21 Canada network.
“Having hands-on experience as an agent, team leader, and broker/owner has prepared me exceptionally well for this new national mandate,” Bonnerot said.
In recent years, he has helped reintroduce and expand the brand’s presence in Quebec, adapting to new technology, language laws and compliance requirements.
His immediate focus will be leading the relaunch and growth of Century 21 Canada’s commercial real estate offering. Additionally, he will be helping C21 brokers grow their ancillary revenue.
