The Real Brokerage is rolling out a next-generation artificial intelligence platform that can handle everything from marketing listings to transaction paperwork, with plans to expand its roster of AI tools significantly over the next year.
Leo Pro was unveiled Tuesday before nearly 2,000 attendees at the company’s annual RISE conference in Las Vegas.
The platform is now live and is being offered to agents for an introductory price of US$9.99 per month for the first 12 months. Following the RISE conference, the price will be US$19.99 per month. The monthly Leo Pro subscription includes 20,000 tokens per month. All Real and Remax agents will be given a complimentary 20,000 tokens upon signup.
Speaking at the event, chief technology officer Pritesh Damani said the platform currently has more than 40 specialized AI agents handling a range of marketing to admin tasks. That number could grow into the hundreds by next year, he said.
The idea is that agents can ask Leo Pro to complete a task without having to figure out which AI tool to use or how to write a prompt.
“Any language, any material, you just have to talk to Leo,” Damani told attendees.
Leo Pro will be rolled out market by market, and will be made available to agents across the Real Remax Group. Real acquired Remax in a US$880-million deal this year.
From listing videos to transaction paperwork
Among other things, Leo Pro can turn property photos into videos, produce social media posts and print marketing materials, and prepare listing presentations.

It can also help agents manage paperwork, schedule showings and create calendars of important dates and deadlines for clients.
The technology works through reZEN, Real’s operating system, and can connect with an agent’s customer relationship management (CRM) software to follow up with leads, identify potential sellers and reconnect with prospective clients.
According to the company, Leo Pro can continue carrying out tasks while an agent is busy elsewhere, although important actions require the agent’s approval.
Agents will also be able to build their own AI tools using a feature called Leo Pro AI Builder, which allows them to create automated workflows without writing code.
“You don’t have to be technical. Just go to Leo and say, ‘I want an employee that does X, Y and Z,’” Damani said.
The company also told attendees that agents’ and clients’ data would remain protected when using the platform.
New tools for buyers and referrals
Real also introduced new features for HeyLeo, its AI-powered home search service, which was first announced in 2025.
The service allows buyers to search for homes, ask questions and arrange showings, while keeping their agent informed.
New features include a dedicated phone number clients can text, notifications for agents when new leads or conversations come in, and the ability to save information from previous searches and conversations.
Real also launched Referral Central, a system for managing referrals between agents within its network.
The tool allows agents to find colleagues in other markets based on their production history, service areas and specialties. Referral agreements can then be sent and tracked through reZEN.
