What a way to start the year, with your 200th issue. I have just finished reading it cover to cover.  I enjoyed every single article, although your lead article, Here’s what you missed… was my particular favourite.  I read every entry and while doing so I could vividly remember exactly where I was at that time!  It became my own mini-time capsule.

I entered the real estate industry in 1984, starting as a temp with a relocation company.  A few years later I recall being given my first copy of REM…”A must read,” I was told by our office manager.  I also recall using telex machines to communicate offers and our first fax machine that took 10 minutes to transmit one page and even longer to receive!  Do you remember what a WANG was?  (Now there’s a useful boat anchor.)

The mergers, the acquisitions, the changes in the real estate industry, all of it took me down memory lane. I thank you for that. Keep up the great work.  I look forward to issue #201 and beyond!
