He sure knew how to stir the pot with some very interesting issues. Anyhow, I thought that you might want to check out an interesting site in Minneapolis. This is a four-person office, but with broker reciprocity they can offer the same service that the big boys can.

Do a property search to see how broker reciprocity works in that city.

I also understand that agents and brokers are not to frame listings on mls.ca. If they enforced the ruling, they would have to shut down 75 per cent of all websites. If you can’t frame, why the hell would any sane agent place the mls.ca link on their site?
