Here's my rant for the year. Real estate agents have to be
the worst offenders for calling at ridiculous hours for things that could have
waited another 10 hours.

Example: I get a page/call at 11:30 pm on a Saturday night
to find out if a property is still available, or to book a showing three days
hence. People, think about it. We all have lives. Some of us have young kids.
Pause before you call. Try to be considerate of your fellow Realtors.
