Global real estate advisor Avison Young announces the appointment of Randy Comish and Brock Tupper to lead the firm’s flexible solutions practice in Canada.
“There is tremendous value in having Canadian-based leaders on the flexible solutions team,” says Mark Fieder, principal and president of Avison Young in Canada. “Together, Randy and Brock will bring unmatched knowledge and relationships to our internal stakeholders as well as to our clients – and I very much look forward to their expansion of the business in our Canadian marketplace, building upon the successes of the teams in the U.S. and in the U.K., with whom they will work very closely.”
Based in Toronto, Comish and Tupper will partner with Avison Young’s established tenant representation, leasing and investment teams to identify new ways to support enterprise occupiers, institutional owners and flexible operators via consultative and transactional services in a constantly changing marketplace.
Comish and Tupper will focus on Canadian markets, promoting insights and education while supporting global occupier engagements as part of Avison Young’s global flexible solutions Center of Excellence, led by Charlie Morris, Practice Leader, Flexible Office Solutions, Avison Young.
The pair brings almost 25 years of experience, having previously worked with IWG, the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace.
