Royal LePage Wolle Realty recently announced its merger of operations between its offices in Kitchener and Waterloo, and Royal LePage Grand Valley in Kitchener.
Effective November 1, the combined brokerage will operate under the Royal LePage Wolle banner and the ownership of Mark Wolle. Goran Askraba will manage the Waterloo office.
About the brokerages
Originally established as an independent brokerage in 1998, Grand Valley joined the Royal LePage Network in 2012. With 24 years of experience in the real estate industry, Askraba has been successfully managing Royal LePage Grand Valley for over 20 years.
Wolle Realty was founded in 1977 by Dieter Wolle and became part of Royal LePage in 2000. Mark Wolle took over from his father in 2011 after 14 years in the business and will continue as broker of record for the merged brokerage.
Why merge?
The merger increases the brokerage’s total number of professional realtors to 180. Wolle and the entire Wolle Realty team are excited to welcome Askraba and his team.
Both Wolle and Askraba share their enthusiasm for these changes and the future of Royal LePage Wolle Realty, along with their dedication to providing exceptional service to Waterloo Region residents.
