Macdonald Realty recently opened a new office on East Vancouver’s vibrant Commercial Drive, the first real estate office to open in the neighbourhood. The new location is the company’s return to this part of the city after closing its Main Street office in 2020, due to the pandemic.

Proud community involvement

The independent brokerage and British Columbia market-leader is proud to support the communities in which it operates. For example, agents and staff from the new office participated in this year’s Vancouver Car Free Day and Italian Days on the Drive events.

Third office in Vancouver region

The office, operating under managing broker team Tim Russell and John Anderson, is part of Macdonald Realty’s Vancouver region, which also includes offices downtown and on the Westside in Kerrisdale.

“Having three Vancouver offices where our agents can drop in to work or meet with clients is a huge benefit,” says Anderson. “For many people, East Vancouver is the area where they can get a little more space, at a better price point and set their family up for the future, so many realtors find they’re spending a lot of time working in and around the Drive.”

The street front office is located at 2057 Commercial Drive and features two meeting rooms, agent work space for solo work and collaboration, a lounge area and a full-time administrator.
