Macdonald Property Management has appointed Zora Chen as its general manager. Chen will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business and overseeing the team of 30 property managers.
As a property manager with the company since 2014, Chen is familiar with all aspects of third-party strata and property management services.
“Zora has demonstrated integrity and competence in managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial investment properties. She enjoys solid working relationships with both clients and colleagues, and we are so excited to work with her in the general manager role,” says Jonathan Cooper, president of Macdonald Real Estate Group.
Nick Marini, former general manager, will become director and will continue to support current clients and seek opportunities to grow the company’s management portfolio. The company says that Marini has been “an instrumental force over the last 23 years, nurturing and growing Macdonald Property Management’s portfolio which now includes a wide array of both residential and commercial investment properties.”
