Sotheby’s International Realty Canada officially announced that Stefani Konidis has joined the leadership team as the regional managing broker for southwestern Ontario.
Konidis joins Sotheby’s International Realty Canada with extensive experience and expertise in the real estate industry, having held leadership positions at Royal LePage Canada, Johnston and Daniel, and Engel & Völkers, including being on the President’s Advisory Council for Engel & Völkers with colleagues from across North America.
Konidis entered the real estate industry in 2000. She built a practice in the urban core with Chestnut Park Real Estate in Toronto before moving her life and business to the countryside in King Township, Ont., where she specialized in marketing and selling rural homes and estates. Konidis is a specialist in FINTRAC Compliance Training for real estate brokerages and sits on the Finance Committee for the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board.
Konidis and Ken Mazurek will serve as partner regional managing brokers for southwestern Ontario as they oversee the business operations and strategic growth in the southwestern Ontario region.
