Do you ever wonder why when you send a fax out to somebody and they fax it back you, all the text has shrunk?
 
There is a very simple explanation for this phenomenon. Here is an example of what probably happened.  You probably received a letter-sized offer from a fellow agent and your fax machine printed it out on legal-size paper. You in turn sent this legal-sized sheet to your buyer or seller.
 
It’s important to note that most buyers and sellers do not have legal-sized paper in their fax machines, so their machine automatically shrinks everything from legal-size to letter-size, effectively shrinking the size of the text proportionately.  Solving this problem is very simple.  All you need to do is cut off the bottom three inches of white space on your legal-sized sheet before you fax it out and you will be sure to receive the fax back without all the text being shrunk and illegible.  I am sure we would all appreciate having more legible documents!
