I enjoyed your article in the November issue of REM, regarding younger sales reps entering the real estate business. Freshly licensed, I myself entered into the business at the grand age of 18 in small town Beaverton, Ont.  I totally agree that the opportunity and rewards have increased rapidly for younger people with the advancement of technology in our industry during the last few years.

Now at 33 years old, I have operated a brokerage since 1991 and currently have an office with 10 representatives.  Oh, by the way, to my knowledge, I'm still the youngest one in the industry in our area. That's what I call opportunity!
