The Association of Saskatchewan Realtors (ASR) and Canada Mortgage and Housing Corp. (CMHC) have named Cliff Iverson of Re/Max Crown Real Estate in Regina the recipient of the 2012 Distinguished Realtor Award. The award recognizes an active member of the association who has demonstrated outstanding leadership and dedication to the real estate industry through involvement in the provincial association, local board and the community.
First licensed in 1978, Iverson has set a strong example as a leader at all three levels of organized real estate, says ASR. “He has an impressive record as a salesperson and in brokerage management including bringing many successful agents into the business,” says ASR in a news release.
He first served on the Association of Regina Realtors directorate in 1989 and was president in 1994 and 2005. In 2000, his contribution to the real estate industry was recognized when he received the ARR/CMHC Realtor of the Year award.
