A group of nine Realtors from Re/Max, Royal LePage and Coldwell Banker have launched a new website to simplify finding, buying and selling waterfront property in Ontario.

“The sheer amount of waterfront in our huge province makes it tough for the right buyers and sellers to find each other,” says www.GoWaterfront.com spokesperson Max Hahne, who is a Re/Max broker based in Stayner, Ont. “Add to that equation thousands of Realtors, and shopping for waterfront property can become a daunting task. That’s why we’ve assembled a group of Realtors like no other – with the knowledge, experience and clear focus on waterfront sales,” he says, “While we represent several different real estate companies, we work together to connect people to waterfront property that will best suit their needs, their dreams and their budgets.”

Each team member services a specific area of waterfront that they know well. By clicking on either the list of waterfront areas served or on the website map, you’re linked directly to the appropriate GoWaterfront Realtor. Users can search by lakes, rivers, waterfront communities or specific property listings. Separate buyers and sellers sections include information for each type of client.

“Since it’s the first website of its kind for this market, we have room to grow our team so that we cover all waterfront areas in Ontario,” says Hahne. “Qualified Realtors from areas not covered should give us a call.”
