Ultra-endurance athlete and author, David Goggins, is coming to Toronto.
The Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) announced this week that the retired Navy SEAL will speak at the annual Reality+ Conference at the Beanfield Centre this month.
Goggins has competed in more than 70 endurance races and has held the Guinness World Record for the most pull-ups done in 24 hours, completing 4,030 in 17 hours. He has written the best-selling memoir Can’t Hurt Me: Master Your Mind and Defy the Odds, on his philosophy on how to master the mind.
According to OREA, Goggins’ talk will focus on overcoming adversity, achieving your personal best, and pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone to find success.
More than 30 speakers will take the stage on November 22 and 23, including former U.S. President Bill Clinton and Canadian journalism icon Lisa LaFlamme.
