Royal LePage is announcing that ownership of Royal LePage Performance Realty has been transferred to Mark Rashotte, owner of Royal LePage ProAlliance Realty.
The company says this will allow the two brokerages to collaborate and leverage their teams’ combined experience and success to improve the value proposition offered to realtors and their clients.
The two brokerages will also work together to explore opportunities for growth and referrals across Eastern Ontario, says Royal LePage.
Founder Pierre de Varennes will continue to be involved in the business and support the brokerage.
