Reitum CEO Thomas Park is David Meltzer’s first guest on Season 3 of his show Office Hours.
During the interview, the Vancouver-based realtor shares his ideas and experiences with the audience, providing a look into the inspiration behind Reitium, his real estate tech startup, and his goals to revolutionize the industry.
Reitium’s mission is to allow anyone to invest in real estate regardless of background or wealth. Park says investors can get started with as little as $100, a smartphone and five minutes.
Reitium, recently featured in Real Estate Magazine, was co-founded by Park in 2017.
During the interview, Meltzer said he was blown away by the company’s approach to real estate investing, saying, “This is something that will change the face of real estate.”
Park explained the company’s mission, “Real estate has traditionally been reserved for the elite, but we’re democratizing it. By fractionalizing assets, we’re making it accessible to everyone by making it simple, affordable, and secure.”
Meltzer, known by many as the sports agent who inspired the movie Jerry Maguire, has also served as an advisor to Reitium since July 2022.
The episode is now streaming on Apple TV.
