Engel & Völkers is expanding its presence in Toronto with the opening of its first downtown brokerage. Engel & Völkers Toronto City, located near King and Church Street, will serve downtown Toronto, The Beaches, Leslieville, Riverdale, Bloor West Village and The Kingsway.
The shop is led by license partners Debby Doktorczyk and Patrice Groleau, who currently own and operate locations across Quebec, including Montreal and Quebec City.

The brokerage’s broker of record, Adrienne Lake, joins Engel & Völkers with more than 37 years of experience in real estate. She has served on several boards, including the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, the Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board and is a past president of the Mississauga Real Estate Board.
