Alberta Real Estate Foundation grants $333,089

The Alberta Real Estate Foundation’s Board of Governors recently approved $333,089 for community investment projects across Alberta. Notable projects approved for funding include:

– $20,000 to the Calgary Real Estate Board to assess and implement energy labelling as part of the MLS.

–  $10,370 to the Peace Association for Life Long Learning to develop seminars on condominium ownership and management for Grande Prairie and area.

– $20,000 to the Drumheller Housing Authority for the development of a recycling program for low income housing units.

– Up to $75,000 to the Central Alberta Realtors Association as matching funds towards their fundraising goal to build Ronald McDonald House in central Alberta.
