Patrick Pinsonneault, broker of Royal LePage Peifer Realty in Chatham, Ont. recently donated his time and his real estate commission when he sold a historic building to benefit the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance. The Union Hall in the former Raleigh Township was built in 1871 and trustee owned. The community decided the time had come to sell the hall to benefit an MRI campaign. More than $55,000 was donated to the cause as a result of the sale.
