Andre and Tanya d’Abadie recently opened Century 21 Elevate Real Estate to serve a new and rapidly growing community in South-West Calgary.

“My network has grown because I know you build business from within. You gain future clients when your current ones truly feel that they come first, that’s our culture,” says Andre d’Abadie, who has been in the real estate business for 15 years. “We invest in creating an environment that’s positive and professional, for our Realtors and clients alike.”

The company says the d’Abadies offer “high-impact education and mentorship” and have created “a unique teaching environment for their team. The open, modem space includes a chalkboard wall and offers Mentor-style leadership. The office expects Realtors to grow together as a team with no room for egos.”

The brokerage also contributes to the Toni Kohn Woodward Foundation, which supports young, at-risk women. The office recently participated in Toni’s Ride 2015, a spin-class biking fundraiser. It regularly donates time and funds to support this organization as well as other local charities.
