Engel & Völkers is expanding its presence in the Niagara Region with a new shop in Grimsby, Ont. The shop, located in the downtown core, will be led by Mary Couturier, license partner and managing broker.

The company aims to service various surrounding areas, including Grimsby on the Lake, Grassie, Vineland, Jordan, Smithville, and Grimsby Beach.

According to Engel & Völkers Americas’ president & CEO, Anthony Hitt, Grimsby has experienced significant growth in the past decade and is home to some of the most prestigious estate properties in the region.

Mary Couturier further adds that Grimsby’s proximity to major cities such as Niagara Falls, St. Catherines, and Hamilton makes it attractive for homeowners, investors, and developers.
