The Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) is cutting member dues for 2023.
The provincial association notified its 90,000-plus members via email that the annual fee has decreased from $110 to $75. OREA credits the one-time reduction to strong financial management by the board.
The association notes that dues will revert back to $110 in 2024.

Thank you. Please start educating the public more often about what a great asset we are to them. Cheers
Now if we could just get Toronto Real Estate Board to reduce membership fees. 70,000 members, (tripled in the past 15 years). Spending money on frivolous upgrades to the Realtor Portal MLS system and really no additional value for services we receive and fees.
NO! If anything double the fees to deter the increase in numbers form entering the business!
We do no need more poor quality agents entering the business just because it’s to easy and cheep.
What we need is more addressing of the mess and bad reputation some agents have created for the profession. Make fines and punishment harsher and get rid of these individuals so they cannot continue licenced!
Totally agreed!
Thanks , it’s god to have any relief
