John Papaloukas, a seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years of experience, has joined eXp Realty, a cloud-based brokerage, to serve his commercial and residential customers in Greater Victoria, B.C.

According to a release from the company, Papaloukas has been involved in various real estate projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, business, and leasing, leading to over $750 million in real estate transactions in Canada and the United States.

Papaloukas’s commercial development and syndication background have provided him with a strong foundation in the industry, says eXp.
