Lesley Carlberg of Sutton Group – Quantum Realty in Mississauga, Ont. recently took to the stage with friend Barbara Jensen to perform their personal narrative incorporating improv, stand-up, singing and dancing. The pair decided to produce and perform their own show as a way to raise money for Tour For Kids.

Tour For Kids is a bike rally event organized by the Coast to Coast Against Cancer Foundation (CTCACF).  It is dedicated to improving the quality of life and the survival rates of children and adolescents with cancer, focusing on projects that support transition and survivorship programs, research and education initiatives, and pediatric oncology camps.

“The show was a lot of fun and everybody had a wonderful time. We had a great turn-out considering it was at 11 pm in downtown Toronto,” says Carlberg. The duo also biked 100 km in four days as part of the Tour For Kids event and were able to personally deliver the money raised from their show to the charity.
