Canada’s top team for eXp Realty, both in volume and transactions, has returned to Re/Max. The Woolcott Real Estate team, owned by Drew Woolcott, has joined Re/Max Escarpment Realty and will serve the Hamilton, Waterdown, Burlington and surrounding areas. Woolcott was with Re/Max for more than 25 years before moving to eXp 16 months ago.

The team’s 31 sales representatives, plus administration staff, are also making the move to Re/Max Escarpment, which is owned by broker Conrad Zurini.

“We wanted to align with a brand that was 24/7 live-body service, as that’s the service we aspire to provide for our clientele and the service we hope our agents can also get from us and the company we’re affiliated with.” says Woolcott. “Conrad and his family are a remarkable group of people. They will answer their phone any time of day. It’s hard to leave a voicemail for the Zurinis.”
