Toronto-based Vivien Sharon has launched an online resource dedicated to helping seniors and their families navigate the complexities of downsizing and estate planning.
A broker with Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, Sharon has launched SeniorsMatter.ca, aimed at “supporting baby boomers, seniors, and their adult children through life’s most significant transitions,” according to a press release.
“Rightsizing is about more than real estate—it’s a personal evolution,” said Sharon in a statement. “This site is about making people feel seen and supported before, during, and after a life transition, whether you’re planning ahead or facing a crisis.”
As a multi-generational broker and a Lifestyle 55+ Master Realtor with advanced training in seniors real estate, Sharon specializes in Yorkville, the Annex, and central Toronto neighbourhoods.
With one in five Canadians now over the age of 65, the website aims to offer information and support to families. It’s organized into five key pillars: seniors real estate, lifestyle options, housing options, surviving partner and estates.
Vivien is also the author of the book The Boomer’s 7-Step Guide to Downsizing: Overcoming Fear and Discovering Freedom.
